Return Policy
At Maharaja Garments, we prioritize your satisfaction above all. Our return process is designed to be as seamless and transparent as our shopping experience.
7-Day Easy Returns
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. For a return to be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be perfectly intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items under any circumstances:
- Undergarments and innerwear
- Socks and accessories
- Perfumes and fragrances
- Any item marked as "Final Sale" or customized products
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Maharaja Garments account and go to the Orders section.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on Request Return and select the reason for the return.
- Pack the item in its original packaging along with all invoices and tags.
- Hand over the package to our courier partner when they arrive for pickup.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maharajagarments.com with photographs of the defect/item. We will arrange a free exchange or a full refund.
