Refund Process Overview

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our quality check.

Refund Timelines

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within the following timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking):
    The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is successfully picked up.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    You will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred within 3-5 business days upon receiving your details.
  • Store Credit (Wallets/Gift Cards):
    Refunds requested as store credit are processed instantly upon quality check approval and can be used immediately on your next purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@maharajagarments.com.

Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated immediately. The amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
